Baked Passionfruit Cheesecake
"So Easy and Deliciously Tangy "
This is a deliciously tangy baked from scratch cheesecake with fresh passionfruit flavours. It is very easy to make, and doesn't have a huge list of ingredients. If you don’t have fresh passionfruit you can use bought passionfruit syrup which will be sweeter. I have yet to meet anyone who does not like cheesecake and this proved very popular . Add a dollop of cream or Greek yoghurt for a real taste treat.
1x 250 gram packet cream cheese
1x packet either sour cream, crème fraiche
¼ cup (2 tablespoons) sugar
2 eggs – room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
8-10 fresh passionfruit or ½ a cup of preserved passionfruit (this will be sweeter)
Biscuit Base Ingredients
1 x 250gram ( 8 oz) packet of plain biscuits – round wine, milk arrowroot, malt, Graham Crackers
125grams (4 ozs) of butter
