Cooking Weights and Measure
It will depend where you live which weights and measures you use for your baking ingredients. Some countries use Imperial Measurements which are cups, tablespoons, teaspoons, pints and quarts. Others use Metric measures with mls and litres.

Liquid Measures
If you are wanting to convert measurements for liquid ingredients - milk, water, oil etc use the liquid measurements chart.
Oven Temperature Chart
Oven Temperatures are measured in either Farenheit or Celsius. Again, while I usually give both temperatures in the recipe, you can check for peace of mind. There is also an equivalent Gas Mark which will help those who have a gas oven.
