This Easy Banana Cake Recipe is great for using up those over ripe bananas. Because it is made from "whoa to go" in the Kitchen Whizz you will have it in your oven in minutes. It can be made in the traditional method by creaming the butter and sugar, then adding the eggs, dry ingredients and lastly the milk and soda mix.
You can serve this moist banana cake in a variety of ways depending on the occasion. Un-iced with cream and fresh banana makes a great dessert. It is a good cake for school lunch boxes.....and children should be able to master this easy recipe too. For an impressive serving see the Alternative Method where you sandwich two halves together. For a larger sandwiched cake I suggest you make two cakes so doubling the recipe.
